MyHep All Tablet : Uses, Dosage, Side Effects

Description

My Hep 400mg Tablet is an antiviral medicine used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C infection. It is also used in patients with liver cancer and hepatitis C infection who are planning to have a liver transplantation. This medicine minimizes the chance of recurrence of the infection after the transplantation. My Hep 400 mg Tablet is not recommended for use in patients with a known history of hepatitis B infection.

• Chronic Hepatitis C
• Hepatocellular carcinoma and liver transplantation

Dosage

Missed Dose
If a dose of My My Hep Tablet is missed, take the dose as soon as you remember it. If it almost time for the next dose, then skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.
Overdose
Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.

Warnings

Pregnancy - Hep 400mg Tablet is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless absolutely necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before taking this medicine.
Breast-feeding - This medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless absolutely necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before taking this medicine.
General warnings
Use with amiodarone - This medicine should be used with extreme caution in combination with amiodarone due to the increased risk of life-threatening cardiac complications including fatal cardiac arrest. This risk is especially higher in the first 48 hours of starting treatment with both these medicines. Coadministration of these medicines should be done only under close medical supervision with provisions to continuously monitor all vital signs of the patient. Replacement with a suitable alternative may be done based on the clinical condition of the patient.

Storage of MyHep All

• Store Hep 400mg Tablet in a cool and dry place (Not in refrigerator).
• Discard the medicine if its expiry date has crossed.
• Keep this HCV medicine away from the reach of children or pets. A locked cupboard at least one-and-a-half meters above the ground is a good place to store medicines.
• Keep your tablets in the original container until it is time to take them.
• Do not store Myhep All or any other medicine in the bathroom or near the kitchen sink. Do not leave it in the car. Heat and dampness can destroy some medicines.
